Turkish validity and reliability study of obstetric quality of recovery score (OBSQOR-11)

Objective: The present study was conducted to adapt the Obstetric Quality-of-Recovery Score (ObsQoR-11) into Turkish and test its validity reliability. Study Design: This designed as a methodological study, research population consisted of women who gave birth in gynecology obstetrics wards two hospitals Rize between January March 2021 were hospitalized inpatient service 24 hours after delivery. We did not select sample for instead applied face-to-face questionnaires (vaginal delivery: 117 patients, cesarean 112 patients). Data collection tools included questionnaire form developed by researcher ObsQoR-11-TR scale. Results: While testing scale reliability, we first used language method then exploratory confirmatory factor analysis methods. Accordingly, had KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure Sampling Adequacy) value 0.833 Bartlett's Test Sphericity chi-squared 1818.396 (p<0.05). two-factor model created here explained 69.39% variance. According results, loads items ranged from 0.490 0.920, all except one displayed load greater than 0.774. Again, according analysis, found consist factors. is consistent with scale's original form. Cronbach's alpha calculate reliability be high (0.781) whole excellent 1 (0.850) 2 (0.920). Conclusions: Our tests conclude that consists 11 subscales valid reliable society.
